Whitetail Creek Ranch and Eightmile Draw Ranch are located in Terrell County on Hwy 349 four miles north of Dryden.  Hwy 349 runs from Hwy 90 in Dryden north through Sheffield to IH 10.



The terrain is gently rolling with wide draws and small hills. Vegetation includes mesquite, cedar, desert willow, various cacti and other native brush and grasses.


The ranch offers excellent hunting for whitetail deer, javelina, quail and dove. You will also find some mule deer and turkey on the ranch.

All tracts are offered with owner financing (see chart below). Qualified Texas veterans can use their Texas Veterans Land Board Loan (up to $40,000) for the purchase of property in the ranch.
