Twin Peaks Ranch is located 13 miles south of Dryden at the end of Shafter Crossing Road. Shafter Crossing Road is a county maintained road. The ranch is 5 miles north of the Rio Grande River and Mexico.
This is a very scenic ranch with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the mountains in Mexico. Terrain is very rugged, with some deep canyons and high hills. There are two windmills on the ranch and numerous water troughs which furnish water for the game.
Twin Peaks Ranch is prime mule deer habitat and the hunting on the ranch is excellent. In addition to mule deer there are javelina, blue quail, dove and a few whitetail. Mountain lions have been seen on the ranch.
Tracts are priced at $150/acre with 20 year owner financing available. Qualified veterans can also use their Texas Veterans Land Board financing to purchase property in the ranch.
